My waxer was super nice but she was the only one working and I was one of her last appointments so she was rushing and left a ton of hair and wax behind and also trimmed my eyebrows but like cut them in half at an angle I hate so much. I get 4 services done here every month one of which is a pretty expensive one full legs wax and I still get such horrible customer service. I even made the argument that I should not penalized for booking more services vs given a preferred treatment and you are just making your job easy to by making 1 phone call vs 2 phone calls which should not be a big deal.to that I heard that I need to make a decision because she needs to continue doing her work and I have no other choice but to take another slot and another waxer. When I asked why are you moving me to a different slot and waxer, they just repeatedly kept on saying that because you have more services, it is easier for us to move you V’s moving 2 people. Then the evening before the appointment, they are calling me to change the appointment by 15 mins and also with a different waxer. I booked a few services with a specific waxer online and then also called EWC Montclair to confirm it and they said everything was set for me.

Just horrible horrible customer service! This is the second time something like this is happening to me so I hope someone who cares can read this review and do something about it.
